Is Latu environmentally friendly?

Yes! Our items will be available in limited quantities so we minimize waste and avoid over production. If an item is out of stock, please let us know for a pre order and we inform you when it is available again.
Also, did you know our remaining fabric is used to make new cuddle cloths in different shapes and sizes? This way, it will not be thrown away.


Shipping time and costs?

If you have placed your order, we will start packing! We strive to send your order within 2-4 business days. And if possible, sooner of course. We ship from The Netherlands, abroad orders can take longer to arrive. Our shipping cost in The Netherlands is €3,94.
Free shipping from €75.
Abroad orders must take into account VAT and handling fee.

 

My order has not been delivered?

We’re so sorry because we strive to send your order within 2-4 business days. If it takes longer, we suggest that you:

  1. Check the order status by the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail

  2. Check if your address is correct

  3. Contact your local post office

  4. Send us an e-mail to hello@shoplatu.com

Can I return my purchase?

If you are not happy with your order, you can return within 14 days from the delivery date. Please know that:

- return shipping will be at your own expense

- make sure the item(s) is in its original condition, tags and packaging included

- once your return has arrived back to us, please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed

When your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will receive your refund within 14 days as soon as we receive your return, if the above conditions are met.
